Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our friendly kitchen team, 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, plating, and garnishing to ensure visually appealing presentations.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized kitchen, including proper food storage and inventory management.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver timely service and meet guest expectations.
- Help uphold cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly throughout shifts
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is needed
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
