We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is essential, with a solid understanding of housekeeping operations in a hospitality environment.
- Strong background in janitorial services with proven skills in cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
