We are a community-focused pub on High Street, Blaenau Ffestiniog, welcoming locals and visitors alike. After a £150,000 refit, we’re reopening our kitchen and need a passionate Kitchen Manager / Cook.
The mission:
- Help finalize a practical pub menu alongside our trusted supplier, used by top pub chains
- Get the kitchen ready for August 1 opening
- Manage operations, cook meals, and lead your team
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance experience with council inspections essential
We’re looking for:
- Kitchen experience, ready to lead
- Confidence with food safety ratings and council compliance
- Calm, organized, and hands-on with a positive attitude
- Excitement to shape a kitchen from the ground up
