An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Senior Fee Earner to join a highly respected and progressive law firm following significant growth within its specialist Court of Protection team. The firm's specialist services include deputyship administration, property and financial affairs management, statutory wills, gifting applications, and wider Court of Protection applications.

The Role:
You'll manage a varied Court of Protection caseload while supporting the ongoing development and success of the department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Court of Protection and deputyship matters from instruction through to conclusion with appropriate support if necessary
- Advising deputies, attorneys, family members, and vulnerable clients on property and financial affairs matters
- Preparing and managing Court of Protection applications
- Assisting with deputyship administration and ongoing client affairs management
- Advising on statutory wills, gifting applications, and related matters
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, care professionals, and external advisers
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the team
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Fee Earner with Court of Protection experience
- Strong understanding of deputyship and property and financial affairs work
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Compassionate and professional approach when dealing with vulnerable clients and their families
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy
