We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Host / Hostesses for the upcoming Summer period.
This role presents the perfect opportunity to be at the helm of a busy restaurant, bar and events space, where no day is the same!
As a Host / Hostess you will be a vital part of the day to day operation of the restaurant and bar. We are looking for people the are outgoing and approachable, yet professional. You will need to be comfortable and confident when dealing with customers, both in person, on the phone and via email. Good organisational and communication skills are a necessity as well as the ability to work well and efficiently under pressure. Previous experience with Design My Night is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work with the management team to ensure the booking procedure is followed and works flawlessly.
-Using the booking system (Design My Night) to take bookings and secure each one with a deposit, as well as taking phone and in person bookings and inputting these onto the system.
-Taking deposits & prepayments, chasing unconfirmed and unsecured reservations.
-Greeting and seating guests.
Please note this is a seasonal role for the upcoming Summer period - after this period has ended there may be the opportunity for additional work throughout the remainder of the year and moving into Christmas.
