Your Mission
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in protecting our customers’ people, assets and operations. Working across a diverse range of industrial environments, you will ensure our explosion protection systems are installed, commissioned, maintained and performing at their best. You will:
- Deliver exceptional service, maintenance and commissioning support for industry-leading explosion protection systems.
- Travel extensively across the UK and Europe to support customers whenever and wherever they need us.
- Act as a trusted technical expert, helping customers maximise system performance and reliability.
- Provide rapid response and technical support when critical operational issues arise.
How you will make a difference
You won't just maintain equipment—you'll help safeguard people, facilities and production processes from the potentially devastating effects of industrial explosions. You will:
- Commission new systems and carry out preventative maintenance to ensure customers remain protected and compliant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, minimising customer downtime.
- Deliver customer training that builds confidence in the operation and maintenance of our systems.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, flexibility and a commitment to outstanding service
What you should be good at
We're looking for a hands-on engineer, preferably with electrical experience, who enjoys solving problems, working independently and travelling to customer sites across multiple countries. You will have experience of:
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults using a practical, methodical approach.
- Reading electrical drawings and confidently using diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Adapting to changing priorities and being flexible enough to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe, including occasional short-notice travel and participation in an emergency call-out rota.
- Working independently, managing your own schedule and representing the business professionally at customer sites

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
