Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm
We're looking for a strong Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Chancery Lane.
This is a busy and varied role covering breakfast, lunch, hospitality and onsite events, including hot food service. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and help lead a team of four chefs in a professional workplace dining environment.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality breakfast and lunch service
- Lead hospitality catering and onsite events
- Support menu planning and food development
- Manage ordering, stock control and food costs
- Maintain excellent food standards and presentation
- Lead and support a team of four chefs
- Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
What We're Looking For
- Previous Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
- Strong fresh food background
- Experience with hospitality and event catering
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach and attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of food safety and allergens
