About the role
We're looking for creative, confident people to join our Bar Crew at Mama Roux's. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be serving drinks, chatting with customers, and helping create the atmosphere that makes Mama Roux's such a great night out. Previous bar or cocktail experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails to a consistently high standard.
- Recommend and upsell beverages based on customer preferences.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of spirits and cocktail preparation.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality.
