Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hrs per day. Overtime may be required and on call duties on a rota basis.

Location: The main depot is in Wakefield, however travel to client sites will be required. Company vehicle provided.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

- Take full responsibility for tasks
- Have a valid UK driver’s license without any points/endorsements relating to drink, drug driving or driving without insurance, satisfactory references and right to work in the UK and can pass a DBS check (that we will pay for). A SIA licence would be a plus but is not essential.
- will be required to use a smart phone /PDA device to enter information regarding the works they carry out
Duties:
The successful candidate will work as part of the steel team and required:
- To install, maintain, remove and respond to alarms
- To deliver and retrieve security keys from/to customers
- To carry out the installation, maintenance and removal of security steel panels and doors to vacant properties, providing 24hr steel security as per assigned jobs.
- Clearance of general household and hazardous waste
- Final/sparkle cleaning, full/deep cleaning, environmental cleans
- Garden work, general garden tidying, trimming, grass cutting, removal of green waste, removal of rubble and free-standing garden buildings;
- Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus when dealing with clients, other members of staff and members of the public.
- To be responsible for company vehicles including basic maintenance, loading & unloading and ensuring that that the company vehicles procedure is adhered to at all times.
- To continually update the call centre during fitting removing & responding to alarms.
- To fit, remove & maintain base stations.
You will be trained and developed over time to fulfil a whole range of duties in line with all the services we offer.
