Zerodegrees Microbrewery, a vibrant and award-winning restaurant and microbrewery, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment and contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Cleaning and Sanitization: Ensure all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
● Food Preparation Assistance: Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, peeling fruits, and organizing ingredients.
● Logistics Support: Assist with receiving deliveries, storing ingredients, and maintaining kitchen organization.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, kitchen assistants, and other staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
● Adherence to Standards: Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
