Job Description:
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Merville Barracks, Circular Road South, Colchester, CO2 7UT If you thrive in a team setting and take pride in keeping things clean and organised, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:

Ensure the kitchen, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed.

Manage dishwashing and waste disposal efficiently.

Keep stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.

Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations.

Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.

Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

Previous experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided!
