Commercial Cleaning Supervisor - London
Location: London (multiple sites, travel required)
Salary: £15.50/hr during 90-day probationary period, with an increase to £16.50/hr at completion
Hours: Minimum 20 hours/week

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team delivering high-quality cleaning services across our London contracts. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff rotas, and ensure our sites consistently meet client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning operatives across assigned sites
Conduct site inspections and quality audits
Ability to cover shifts when needed (for additional compensation)
Manage staff scheduling, schedule absence cover, and training
Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and equipment
Liaise directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company procedures
Report to the Operations Manager on site performance and any concerns
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a commercial cleaning supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent English required, both spoken and written, for health & safety communication, client liaison, and reporting
Spanish language skills highly desirable, given the diversity of our workforce
Good understanding of health & safety practices (COSHH knowledge preferred)
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to travel between London sites, including occasional weekend cover (average 1-2 weekends per month)
Ability to travel independently between sites
