Salary: £8.00 per hour (Apprentice Wage)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (1 day assigned to college/online learning)
Qualification: Early Years Educator (Level 3) or Early Years Practitioner (Level 2)

We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fun, nurturing, and professional childcare environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Supporting the care, education, and development of children aged 0-5 years.
✔ Organising and leading fun, engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
✔ Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
✔ Assisting with essential childcare tasks such as feeding, nappy changing, and emotional support.
✔ Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
✔ Contributing to a high standard of cleanliness and safety within the setting.
✔ Attending team meetings, training sessions, and college classes to develop your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above) required for Level 3.
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade 3 or above) required for Level 2.
- Ability to travel to work and college without barriers.
- A full DBS check and two suitable references will be required before starting.
