Job Summary
We are seeking a Head Chef to join our team at our new hotel in St Just, Cornwall. This role will require you to manage kitchen operations, create menus and deliver customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses plenty of experience, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Pay : £18/hr after a successful three month probationary period, and you will be paid factored holiday pay when you are paid your wages fortnightly.
Duties
- Direct and control food preparation and cooking
- Uphold high food and safety standards
- Manage kitchen team workflow during busy periods
- Monitor inventory
- Create menus that keep quests coming back
Requirements
- Extensive kitchen experience
- Team leadership experience
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pay: £18.00 per hour
