This isn’t just a role about answering phones or managing a diary. It’s about leading the team who create the first—and lasting—impression of our practice, while upholding the standards that have allowed us to serve our community for over 20 years.
As Front of House Manager, you will lead and empower our team of 3–4 receptionists. You will ensure every patient receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they contact us.
We believe people don’t change their health through information alone—they change because they feel understood, supported, and confident they are in the right place. That experience starts at the front desk, and this role leads the team that delivers it.
Why Choose Bury Chiropractic?
For over 20 years, we’ve helped the people of Bury move better, live with less pain, and regain confidence in their health. While our practitioners provide exceptional clinical care, a patient's journey begins long before their care starts.
Everything we do is guided by our three core values:
- Purpose: We believe our work matters. Every conversation and interaction is an opportunity to improve someone’s quality of life.
- Trust: Patients turn to us during moments of worry or pain. We earn their trust by being reliable, honest, and compassionate.
- Excellence: We hold ourselves to high standards, take ownership, and continually refine our care—even when no one is watching.
What we offer:
Excellent hourly rate of £15 per hour plus bonuses
Comprehensive individual and team based bonus systems designed to reward excellence (and also have a lot of fun!)
Competitive pension scheme that tells you that this is a role for life, not just a few years
Flexible shift patterns to suit a positive work/life balance
Paid overtime scheme, where you get paid for every minute worked!
Sponsored opportunities to grow and develop, organise and events, embed yourself within the local community
