AirBench Ltd require a Sheet Metal Worker for our busy fabrication workshop in Tollesbury.
Duties will include:
- Production of parts to drawings, or assisting others in part production
- Operating shear, CNC punch, CNC press brake, notcher, and similar machinery
- Working alongside the fabrication team
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop
- Packing and delivering goods to our Colchester site in the company vehicle
- All aspects of operations in a busy sheet metal fabrication environment.
You should have experience of working with sheet metal machinery in a busy production environment or have demonstrable related skills; be capable of working unsupervised; and be able to fit in with a small, close-knit team. You should be physically fit as this job involves manual handling.
An ability to read engineering drawings is required.
Training will be provided for the right person.
A driving license will be required for this position.
This role requires working Monday - Thursday 0700-1600 and Friday 0700-1200.
In house and external training will be offered to the right candidate.
