Fortnum & Mason are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the opening team of our newest Fortnum & Mason store in Heathrow Terminal 2. Supporting the Store and Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the shop floor, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding standards across all areas of the store
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Store and Deputy Manager in supervising and motivating the team on the shop floor
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure Fortnum & Mason’s brand standards are consistently met
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and strong floor leadership
- Assist with daily operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, and cash handling
- Help onboard, train, and support new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and Heathrow operational requirements
