Practice ManagerHelp Lead the Future of an Exceptional Independent Dental Practice

The Opportunity
This is more than a management role.
As Practice Manager, you'll become an integral part of our leadership team, working closely with Dr Kunal Patel to help drive the continued success and growth of the practice.
You'll lead from the front, creating an environment where patients receive exceptional care, clinicians can thrive and every member of the team feels valued, supported and motivated.

You will be an experienced, motivated and commercially aware Dental Practice Manager who leads by example, inspires others and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Essential Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager within a busy dental practice.
Proven experience using dental practice management software such as EXACT, Dentally, or both. You must be confident managing appointments, recalls, reporting, patient records, treatment plans and the day-to-day operation of a dental practice.

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, compliance, HR processes, GDPR and Health & Safety requirements.
