Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards while supervising kitchen staff.
- Manage food production schedules and coordinate team activities to optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
