Windward Day Services is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, motivated Support Workers to join our team at Windward– our highly rated, Netley Marsh based day service for adults with learning disabilities.
At Windward, we focus on empowering people through creative, meaningful activities that build confidence, independence, and joy. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in:
· Supporting people to recognise and develop their individual strengths and talents
· Planning and delivering engaging, person-centred activities both in the service and the wider community
· Encouraging choice, independence, and active involvement in all areas of life
