We currently have a team of 17 across our two sites - 10 Mechanics, 5 Reception staff and 2 vehicle coordinators.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000–£50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Monthly team bonus of £250–£750 on top of your basic salary
- Paid overtime available (£20 per hour)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
- No weekend working

About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining all makes and models
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches and exhausts
- Using modern diagnostic equipment
- MOT testing (if qualified)
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Working as part of a friendly and professional team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT Tester qualification is an advantage but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
