T3 Security is looking for reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Stewards to join our growing events team. Whether you already hold a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety or are looking to gain the qualification, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll have the opportunity to work at a variety of sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other exciting venues while developing your skills and experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Steward, your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the safe movement of supporters during ingress and egress
· Conducting ticket checks and access control where required
· Assisting with spectator safety and customer service
· Providing information and assistance to supporters and visitors
· Identify potential hazards and report them to supervisors
· Support for emergency procedures and incident response
· Have the ability and willingness to describe and record incidents they have witnessed or been involved with

We're looking for people who are:
· Friendly, approachable, and confident.
· Reliable and punctual.
· Calm under pressure.
· Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills.
· Able to work as part of a team.
· Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
· Physically able to stand and patrol for extended periods.
· Eligible to work in the UK.
Essential Requirements
· Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (or equivalent), and are willingness to complete the qualification as part of your employment.
Desirable Qualifications
· Previous stewarding or customer service experience.
· First Aid qualification.
· SIA Door Supervisor Licence (not essential but advantageous).
