We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks software
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated efficiently
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking

- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace to promote a productive environment
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management best practices
