Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist with their orders or inquiries
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Prepare simple food items following safety and quality standards, including basic food prep tasks
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including organizing supplies and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
- Provide friendly support to team members during busy periods, assisting with food prep or delivery as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or front-of-house roles
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items naturally and effectively to increase sales
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
