Iydea Vegetarian Kitchen is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, skilled and fun manger. We're looking for someone who has proven team leadership abilities, a good head for business needs and a passion for delivering great service. You will be responsible for the day to day running of this fast paced cafe and managing a team of 11 FOH staff. This is a very hands-on role that requires an ownership of all the day to day FOH needs. As the figure head of Iydea you will need to be a natural people person to develop relationships with the large number of regular customers. A real love for vegetarian and plant based food would be ideal but the ability to build and manage a customer focused team while maintaining a fun working environment is essential.
