Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care.
- Provide specialised services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage upon client request.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients online to enhance brand visibility.
- Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health and safety regulations.
- Manage guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
- Assist with management tasks when required, supporting the overall organisation of the salon or spa environment.
Skills
- Proven expertise in nail treatments along with knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application.
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments efficiently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour and professional attitude.
- Experience in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
- Competence in front desk operations including booking systems and client communication.
- Additional skills such as deep tissue massage or barbering are advantageous but not essential.
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
