About the Role
We are a new and growing café in Oxted looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic front-of-house staff to join our team.
This role combines barista work with table service and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service
- Take orders and handle payments efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to customers, maintaining high service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the café
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident, friendly, and professional with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a small team
- Flexible and available to work weekends
