Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following proper food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle basic math calculations for bills and change
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service and support a lively atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Experience with serving or bartending roles will be considered a plus but is not mandatory
