Wholesale Telesales Executive
Location: Hannah Foods Service, Skelmersdale (Custom-Built Distribution Centre)
Salary: £28163.64 per annum
Commission: Entitled to receive commission which will be paid on a monthly basis.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:30am – 17:00pm.
Contracted Hours: 42.5 hours a week, 40 hours a week paid.

Hannah Foods is an established food distribution company looking for a Wholesale Telesales Executive to join our family run business. As a successful Wholesale Telesales Executive, you will responsible for driving sales within the Wholesale department.

What you will be doing:
· Proactively contact existing and potential wholesale customers to drive sales.
· Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and maximize sales opportunities.
· Identify new business opportunities and grow accounts through targeted outbound calls.
· Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at every step.
· Work closely with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
· Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and company objectives.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a telesales role, ideally within the Food Service or Wholesale industry.
· A highly motivated and proactive individual with a results-orientated mindset with a passion for sales.
· Strong knowledge and competent with Office 365, SAP experience is a plus.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle critical responsibilities efficiently.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration across all functions.
· Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a growing and highly motivated team.
