Hours: 7:30am-9:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)
Monday-Friday
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
About the Role
S4A is seeking a Before & After School Activity Leader to work within our Wraparound Care setting in Padbury, inspiring and engaging children through play.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Activity Leader to join our team and help create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for primary school children before and after the school day.
The hours required are 7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays), Monday to Friday, with the option of working additional hours during the school holidays, if required.
These contracts can be term time only or all year round, including school holidays, if preferred.

Role Overview
As an Activity Leader, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality wraparound care by:
- Creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
- Planning and leading a variety of engaging activities suitable for primary-aged children.
- Encouraging children to build confidence, make friends, and enjoy their time at the club.
- Supporting the daily running of the setting alongside the wider team.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and school staff.
- Maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management procedures at all times.
