We're looking for an experienced Plumber / Maintenance Operative to join the team supporting a world-renowned university campus in South Kensington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety — combining plumbing repairs, planned maintenance and general building maintenance within a large, high-spec commercial environment.

The Role
Working as part of the onsite maintenance team, you'll help keep a busy and unique environment operating smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
- Repairing leaks, toilets, taps, valves and pipework
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks
- Supporting general building maintenance works
- Carrying out minor fabric repairs when required
- Responding to maintenance requests and providing first-time fixes
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a plumber within a commercial environment
- Recognised plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding skills
- A proactive, reliable approach to maintenance
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Experience within facilities management, education, healthcare, offices or other large commercial buildings would be advantageous.
