Role purpose and description:
· Prepare and cook food for breakfast and lunch
· Bake cakes, scones and other items on request (with assistance)
· Follow all guidelines for food hygiene and health and safety
· Monitoring stock take and stock rotation (with assistance)
· Control of all food that leaves the kitchen
· Exceptionally good housekeeping
· Take responsibility for cleaning of the kitchen (with assistance)
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Work within budget guidelines
· Monitor and reduce wastage
About you:
· Determination to succeed – we will need you to be enthusiastic!
· Experience of working in a kitchen
· Able to prepare delicious, home cooked food
· Must hold food hygiene certificate
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
