You’ll become a trusted advisor. Understanding your clients’ businesses, ambitions, and stakeholders so well that they involve you before a brief even exists. You’ll create brilliant briefs, challenge thinking, shape opportunities, and give our creative teams everything they need to produce exceptional work without having to fill in the gaps for themselves.
You’ll proactively grow accounts with confidence. Identifying opportunities before they’re obvious, negotiating fees with the conviction of someone who genuinely understands the value on the table, and building relationships that extend well beyond your day-to-day project contacts.
You’ll embrace AI and smarter ways of working. Cutting out low-value admin, and freeing up more time for strategic thinking, relationship-building, and commercial growth.
And you’ll contribute beyond your own accounts, helping us win new business, strengthen our reputation, and continually raise the standard of Client Partnerships across Ragged Edge.
