Facialist / Skincare Specialist – Part Time
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Facialist / Skincare Specialist to join our team!
If you love skincare, enjoy helping clients achieve their skin goals, and are confident recommending professional treatments and homecare, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is:
- Minimum qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experienced in facial and skincare treatments
- Confident carrying out skin consultations and skin analysis
- Comfortable recommending homecare products and treatment courses
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client care and results
- Professional, friendly and confident with clients
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
Salon experience is essential.

We work with a range of professional skincare and facial treatments, including:
Eventis Skin Scanner
Environ skincare
Crystal Clear skincare
Holistic Facials
Cellstory Liquid microneedling
Advanced Nutrition Programme
If you provide any other treatments options skincare that would be a great plus!
You’ll have the opportunity to work with premium skincare brands and provide tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their skin goals.
While being trained in any of these brands would be a huge bonus it isn't essential for the role as we provide training.
Other treatments
We are specifically looking for a skincare specialist but if you do offer other treatments beauty treatments that would be a plus but not essential to the role.
Hours
Part-time hours - includes every other Saturday and one late night a week.
Commission System
Commission system in place for retail, services and package sales.
