Clark Contracts is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner / Working Site Supervisor to support the delivery of construction, refurbishment, maintenance and reactive works across a range of sectors.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for an experienced tradesperson who can carry out high-quality joinery works while helping coordinate site activities, supervise operatives and subcontractors where required, and support safe, efficient delivery to demanding deadlines.
This position is ideal for someone looking to progress into site supervision and then site management while continuing to utilise their practical trade experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out joinery and multi-trade works including basic plumbing, decorating, Ames taping, brickwork/masonry repairs, flooring, ceilings, partitioning and general maintenance.
- Support the planning, sequencing and coordination of works to achieve productivity, quality, safety and programme requirements.
- Assist with supervision of operatives and subcontractors, maintain safe working practices and liaise professionally with clients, consultants, tenants and management teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Time Served Joiner with strong refurbishment, maintenance, small works and multi-trade experience.
- Must be fast paced, organised, hands-on and able to work independently while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications are desirable.
