Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGNs) to join our team, providing high-quality care within private nursing homes across the Causeway Coast Area - incl. but not limited to Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart, Ballycastle, Garvagh and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care.
- Monitor residents' health, including recording vital signs such as pulse, temperature, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Safely administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Supervise and support junior staff, delegating duties where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and effective communication.
Essential Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months' post-qualification experience, including completion of preceptorship.
- Previous experience working within a care home or nursing home environment.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check.
