We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, passionate music lover to join us as a Bar / Events Keyholder at our Rough Trade Bristol store. This is a Part Time contract based on 15 hours a week.

Championing the best new music is at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Bar / Events Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our bar and events space. Responsibilities include:
Working behind the bar
Helping to set up and run in-store events
Assisting with out-store events
Supporting event promotion across the store’s social media channels
Keyholding duties, including opening and closing the bar space and running events
There may also be opportunities to work across other areas of the store, as retail remains the beating heart of our business.
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential bar and events experience
A genuine passion for live events and new music
A hard-working, proactive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of grassroots live music venues (desirable)
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to learn quickly
Must be available for a varied shift pattern, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
Additional availability during busy periods is preferred
Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the role
