Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef or Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Train new team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor portion control and minimise waste to optimise operational efficiency
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management
- Strong supervisory and team management skills with previous leadership experience
- Extensive culinary expertise across a range of cuisines and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Effective communication skills to lead a diverse team and coordinate with other departments
- Experience in hospitality settings is highly desirable
