Job Description
Lakeland Paints are one of the leading manufacturer of Solvent-free paints in the UK.
We are currently looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly paint mixing team.
Location: Heysham, Lancashire
Hours: 9:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Mixing paint by hand or using machinery
- Routine machine maintenance, refilling colours and cleaning colour jets
- Manage customer orders in a timely fashion
- Keep working area clean and tidy
- Answer phone calls, receiving orders and offering advice when required (Training will be provided)
- Checking and Packing orders
- Manual lifting of paint cans and boxes of paint
- The candidate should be flexible, willing to learn and help out in all parts of the business. Good basic computer skills are essential
As we are Specialist Company training will be provided in all aspects of the business, no previous experience is required.
