As a member of our Waiting Staff team, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and a key part of their experience. You're friendly, positive, and naturally enjoy connecting with people. Who We're Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Able to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
What You'll Do
- Create welcoming and memorable experiences for every guest
- Guide customers through our food and drink menu
- Deliver attentive and professional service throughout each visit
- Work closely with the sushi bar, kitchen, and front-of-house team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational duties
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
- Build relationships with regular guests and our local community

- Availability that meets the needs of the restaurant
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
