Key Responsibilities
- Lead business growth strategies, client development plans, and service improvement initiatives
- Oversee client relationship management, operational planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor market opportunities, client feedback, service quality, and business performance
- Develop strategies to improve revenue growth, workflow efficiency, and client retention
- Support team development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and growth recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in business development, client services, operations management, professional services, consulting, or growth strategy
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, service teams, vendors, or strategic partnerships is an advantage

Pay: £82,000.00-£111,000.00 per year
