R D Johns Ltd, one of the South West's leading foodservice suppliers, is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team every Saturday.
This role is ideal for someone seeking additional income, or anyone looking for a regular weekend position in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing Providing excellent customer service over the telephone and by email Processing customer orders accurately using our in-house systems Assisting customers with enquiries and product information Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data Supporting the wider Customer Service team with day-to-day tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills A positive, proactive attitude Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using computers and handling data accurately Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Qualifications Needed:
No qualifications needed, full training will be provided.
