About Our Client
Our client, an expanding sales and marketing firm in Croydon, is looking for motivated individuals to fill their Entry Level Field Sales Assistant roles. Specialising in face-to-face customer acquisition within residential campaigns, they are looking for individuals to join their growing customer-facing team.
No experience is necessary, successful candidates will have access to structured onboarding, coaching and continued guidance.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions at the Croydonoffice focused on campaign updates and customer engagement.
- Act as the face of national brands, engaging the public face-to-face to deliver professional and memorable brand experiences.
- Build immediate rapport with customers in residential environments to generate interest and identify new leads.
- Present products and services clearly while assisting customers through the acquisition process.
- Complete relevant campaign and customer administration accurately.

Please Note:
Successful candidates join as subcontracted assistants and are responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings consist of commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
