Ambleside's boutique bed and breakfast hotel is a warm and welcoming home away from home for all guests wanting to be right in the heart of the Lakes. We specialise in doing the simple things beautifully, in a unique and luxurious setting. Within a few minutes walk from the popular town of Ambleside you will find The Rothay Garth Hotel, a beautiful 15 bedroom Victorian building providing bed and breakfast to guests.
We are looking for someone who are flexible and seeking an opportunity to develop and broaden their hospitality skills. Responsibilities will be delivering customer service working cross housekeeping, breakfast service, kitchen and reception with primary focus on housekeeping and reception. It is a good opportunity for people who are flexible and seeking an opportunity to develop and broaden their hospitality skills. As part of our close-knit team you will be a highly valued member with the ability to develop and learn about many aspects of the business.
Key responsibility:
- Preparing and serving breakfast, including food and beverage service
- Kitchen operations with food prep and cleanliness
- Cleaning and caring for guest rooms and public areas
- Welcoming guest, handling check-ins/outs
The role will be minimum 24 hours per week. The accommodation charge will be £300 monthly.
