We are looking for an experienced Interim Systems Manager (Consultant) to join Heler Foods on a full-time interim basis, providing hands-on leadership and expertise across our systems and ERP landscape.
This is a critical role supporting day-to-day system operations while also enabling system transformation and future readiness. You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure technology effectively supports operational performance, growth and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support the day-to-day management of business systems and ERP operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring stable and efficient system performance

Provide hands-on support for SI ERP, while supporting the implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Work closely with operational, commercial, finance and supply chain teams to ensure systems meet business requirements and enable continuous improvement

Support ERP integrations, data migration activities, reporting enhancements, automation opportunities and process optimisation initiatives

Maintain and support infrastructure including servers, networks, cybersecurity, storage and business continuity processes

Manage system issues, helpdesk tickets and operational incidents, providing user support, troubleshooting, training and guidance

Maintain system documentation and support ongoing digitalisation and technology improvement projects across the business
- Proven experience supporting and managing ERP systems within manufacturing environments

Experience with SI ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP platforms

Experience working with Microsoft Cloud Services, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric and cloud databases

Strong infrastructure knowledge covering servers, networking, storage, backups and cybersecurity

Experience supporting multi-site operations

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

Experience managing third-party IT providers and system vendors

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall systems capability

SQL / database knowledge and reporting experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementation or migration projects

Food manufacturing industry experience

WMS system knowledge

Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience

Power BI and advanced reporting experience
