Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable labourer to assist with clearing residential properties within a block in Kilburn. The role involves removing resident possessions, furniture, and general household items to support property clearance works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear resident possessions, furniture, and other household items from properties.
- Load, move, and dispose of items as directed.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Follow site instructions and comply with all health and safety requirements.
- Work as part of a team to complete clearance works efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate (mandatory).
- Valid Manual Handling certificate (mandatory).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
- Previous experience in property clearance, removals, or general labouring is desirable.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Pay: £100.00-£130.00 per day
