Role overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Culture and Wellbeing Advisor to join our HR team. This role is integral to delivering our People and Culture strategy, with a strong focus on the hands-on delivery of engaging culture and wellbeing initiatives, including planning and executing a dynamic programme of events and campaigns at both global and local levels. We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy bringing ideas to life through events, campaigns and community activity. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine passion for culture and wellbeing, alongside proven experience delivering impactful initiatives in these areas.
The Global HR team includes HR Advisory, Reward, Early Careers, Recruitment, Responsible Business, Culture, and Learning & Development. Internationally, we work with local Office Managers and our Global HR colleagues. This role sits within the Culture team and will report into the Senior Culture & Engagement Manager.
Key activities/responsibilities
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering firmwide culture and wellbeing initiatives, continuously evolving them to maximise impact and relevance.
- Design and deliver a varied calendar of wellbeing events and campaigns that support colleagues’ mental, physical and financial health throughout the year.
- Generate and champion fresh, creative ideas to enhance culture and wellbeing, bringing new energy and innovation to existing programmes.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the firm.
- Support the delivery of engagement surveys, pulse checks and other feedback channels, ensuring insights are translated into meaningful actions with clear ownership and visibility.
- Drive and support community-building initiatives, including overseeing the Office Community Representative (OCR) network to foster connection across the firm.
- Work closely with the firm’s Mental Health Allies to promote awareness and uptake of internal support services.
- Contribute to the Culture Taskforce, sharing ideas and supporting cross-functional projects that strengthen our culture.
Skills and experience – essential
- Demonstrated experience of supporting on culture and/or wellbeing initiatives, including organising and delivering events, campaigns and/or engagement activities.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload independently, with strong project management skills.
- Collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute to knowledge-sharing around culture and wellbeing practices.
- Creative thinker who can see problems from different angles and suggest alternative solutions.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a genuine enjoyment of organising events and creating engaging experiences for others.
Skills and experience – desired
- Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience of working in a diverse and cross-cultural global organisation.
