Overview & Objectives
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support our London operations across a range of major events. These are paid opportunities focused on delivering smooth, safe, and memorable travel experiences for our customers.
Successful applicants will play a key role in coordinating transport logistics, assisting customers, and ensuring services run efficiently from departure through to arrival.

- We do not provide tickets for any of these events
- Shift timings are TBC and subject to change
- You must be available for the full duration of your assigned role
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary slightly depending on the role, but may include:
General Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with the safe and efficient movement of customers
- Support event operations teams with transport coordination
- Ensure clear communication with customers and team members
- Help maintain a well-organised and safe working environment
Transport Steward
- Coordinate coach arrivals and departures on-site
- Manage customer flow and movement in busy environments
- Provide directions and information to customers
- Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth operations
Coach Rep
- Check tickets and manage luggage loading
- Ensure timely departures
- Travel with passengers to the event location
- Support customer disembarkation and onsite organisation
Departure Steward
- Assist at pickup locations to prepare coaches for departure
- Check tickets and oversee luggage handling
- Ensure customers board efficiently and on time

Pay
£12.71 per hour, plus £1.53 Holiday Pay per hour
