Steer Automotive's Luxury Division is looking for a skilled Vehicle Polisher to join our specialist team in High Wycombe, working on prestige, performance and luxury vehicles. If you take pride in producing showroom-quality finishes and have a passion for automotive craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Vehicle Polisher based in High Wycombe, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional finishes on luxury and prestige vehicles before they are returned to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out final polish and detailing of vehicles to a showroom-quality standard

Remove surface imperfections including fine scratches, swirl marks and blemishes
-
Ensure a pristine, high-gloss finish that reflects the standards of luxury marques
-
Work collaboratively with paint technicians, QC and valeting teams
-
Handle each vehicle with the utmost care and respect
What Were Looking For
To be successful as our Vehicle Polisher / Polish Technician, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Polisher, Polish Technician, Automotive Detailer, Paint Correction Technician or Vehicle Detailer.

Proven experience in vehicle polishing, detailing or paint correction
-
Keen eye for detail and a methodical, high-quality approach
-
Experience with machine polishing and a range of compounds and techniques
-
Passion for premium vehicles and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
