You as part of the team will deliver an exceptional service by working to the very highest in standards of cleaning and preparation and by providing our guests and owners with an amazing experience.
About the role:
To ensure that all areas of the resort internal and external are secure, managed and cleaned to the highest standard.
You will be the point of call after hours to provide our guests with any assistance, as well as carrying out important cleaning and preparation duties ahead of another day for our customers.
This will be a lone working role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Reporting any maintenance issues to reception daily by logging movements in the night diary so it can be followed up if required.
Carrying the mobile phone which all calls are diverted to between the hours of 6pm and 11pm and being the point of contact for emergencies.
Ø To clean and prepare our pool, changing room and gym areas ensuring that all toilets, floors etc are at the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Ø Ensure the security of all buildings by having all doors and windows locked, ensure that the night team have the required keys and access to ensure the building is safe.
To carry out basic maintenance duties where required (full training provided)
Experience & Skills

- Clean driving licence - essential
